I essentially bought the property remotely. She worked primarily with my 19 yr old daughter to view multiple options. Her expertise and advice during the process was spot -on. We were interested in a home we saw on the mls that was under contraCT. She reached out to the agent to see if it was going to close and learned of 2 similar homes coming onto the market, set up a showing and we made an offer the next day! It was perfect! She really listens to what you want, focuses on a win-win negotiation and all of her recommendations were accepted by the seller. She is very proficient and knowledgable. She was on top of every step, nothing slipped through the cracks. We could have closed in under our 30 day projection because Marcella kept the ball rolling and worked with the seller's agent, lender and title company. And then she created a notebook with tabs for every piece of documentation we might ever need. I would not hesitate to enlist her to help buy a property.

Marcella was extremely thorough in communicating with me what was needed on my side and each step of the sale process. Marcella is completely knowledgeable about all the paperwork required and the teams needed for each transaction. Further, Marcella is truly a team player who is deeply concerned about everyone's best interests. She rolled up her sleeves and participated with me in not only arranging my house to make it as attractive as possible, for example moving some of my paintings to better locations and de-cluttering (!!), but even did some cleaning!! Marcella goes the extra mile!! I love that she sat down in front of one of my bookshelves and completely rearranged the books to make them look more orderly and attractive!! Also, in my case, I have five dogs that she worked with me so that they would not "get in the way" of showings!! She also has an amazing photographer she works with that took the pictures for showing the house when it was posted online. In my case, the second person who looked at the house made an offer that I accepted. My house sold quickly and the whole process was very smooth, no hiccups!!! Marcella was on top of every detail. Kept me informed daily of the progress and any new changes. She went far beyond what one would expect from a real estate agent. Even after the sale was final (the closing and sale recorded), she kept in touch with us to make sure our transition from CA to AZ would be smooth.
